Stephanie began her veterinary career in 1999 as a kennel technician, steadily advancing to become a Lead Veterinary Technician at a general practice in Sarasota, FL. After six years, she returned to South Carolina, where she discovered her passion for internal medicine and excelled as a technician before transitioning into a Practice Manager role.
In 2016, she earned her Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) designation, further solidifying her expertise in veterinary management. Shortly afterward, she was promoted to Hospital Administrator for a three-location emergency and referral hospital in Charleston, SC, where she oversaw operations, guided team development, and maintained exceptional standards of patient care.
Building on 17 years of hands-on clinical and administrative experience, she later shifted her focus toward practice management consulting. Today, she partners with four hospitals and their leadership teams, optimizing operations, strengthening teams, and driving sustainable growth. From an early age, she’s been deeply passionate about veterinary medicine and now takes pride in connecting skilled veterinarians with the right practices—ensuring both thrive. Her commitment to professional development and creating supportive work environments has made her a trusted resource in veterinary recruitment.
